DEPOSIT REGISTRATION FEE (IF REQUIRED):
£60 including VAT - This fee is for Let Only and Rental Collection Landlords who are not already part of a government deposit scheme. We will register the deposit in our Deposit Protection Service (DPS) account, process the payment and administer the paperwork at the end of the tenancy.

MINIMUM FEE:
Where the Landlord cancels the Agents instruction to provide a Management Service the Agent will charge and the Landlord will pay a fee equal to six months commission (including VAT), unless the notice is given due to a breach of the agreement by the Agent.
